"She took my teddy!" bawled Baby Bear. The policeman frowned at me. "Is this true? What do you have to say for yourself?" "I didn't do it!" I replied. I knew it wouldn't do any good. The thief had done a great job making it look like I had done the job. She probably even wore a blonde wig. I had a good idea who was behind all this -- the Witch of Fairytale Forest. But why had she stolen the teddy bear? What was she up to? I'd have to sneak into her cottage and find out. "Well," snarled Mama Bear, grabbing the policeman, "aren't you going to arrest her?" Arrest me? I thought as I raced out the door. First they'll have to catch me! |

| It's Your Story - so what will you do with it? I need a good ending.
Why did the witch take the teddy bear? Can you write an ending where Goldilocks solves the mystery AND defeats the witch? Don't let her get arrested! Have fun -- finish the story -- and be creative! If you want to, email me your ending! |
